SceneGhost

Terms of service

Last updated November 3, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use SceneGhost at sceneghost.com. By using SceneGhost you accept them, and by continuing to use it you keep accepting them.

Who we are

SceneGhost is run by SceneGhost. When you use the service, your agreement is with us. You can reach us at aelsayed777888@gmail.com.

What SceneGhost does

You give us a topic and SceneGhost makes a finished video: the script, voice, pictures, B-roll, animation, music and edit. You can also bring your own script or voiceover. You read the script before the video is made, and you get the finished video in your account to watch and download. AI tools do most of this work.

Your account

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use SceneGhost. You sign in with your email or Google. You are responsible for what happens in your account, so keep access to that email safe.

Some features may be limited to invited accounts while we open SceneGhost up.

Subscriptions and payment

SceneGhost is sold as subscriptions billed monthly or yearly. The price and what each plan includes are shown before you pay.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the current price for your plan, until you cancel.

If we change the price of your plan, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, so you can cancel before you pay it.

If a payment fails, it may be tried again, and your paid features may stop until it goes through.

Paddle is our Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries about orders and handles returns, payment, tax and invoices. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment. Our refund and cancellation policy explains how.

Your content and your videos

You keep the rights to what you give us, such as topics, scripts and recordings. You let us use it only as needed to make your videos and run SceneGhost. You confirm that you have the right to give it to us.

The videos made for you are yours to use, including on monetised channels and for your business, as far as the law allows. Third-party material inside a video, such as stock footage, music, news clips and real posts, stays owned by its owners.

Acceptable use

You may not use SceneGhost to:

  • break the law or help someone else break it
  • commit fraud, send spam or run scams
  • infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights
  • impersonate a real person, or present made-up events or statements by real people as true
  • make sexual content involving minors, or sexually explicit content of any kind
  • make content that harasses, threatens or promotes hatred or violence against people
  • spread false medical, financial or election information that could harm people
  • interfere with our security, overload our systems, or copy or resell the service without our agreement

AI output can be wrong

SceneGhost uses AI. Scripts, facts, voices and pictures can contain mistakes, and two videos on the same topic will differ. Check every video before you publish it, especially names, numbers and claims. You are responsible for what you publish.

We make no promise of views or income, or that a platform will accept or monetise a video. View counts on our site show how the original videos performed, not how yours will.

Copyright complaints and takedowns

Our formats are modelled on public videos. We copy the format, never the video: the script, pictures and edit are made new for each topic. The original videos belong to their owners, who are not affiliated with SceneGhost.

If you think something on SceneGhost, or a video made with it, infringes your rights or breaks these terms, email aelsayed777888@gmail.com with a link to it, the right it affects and how to reach you. We will look into it and remove anything that infringes your rights or breaks these terms.

Our service

SceneGhost, including its software, design and brand, belongs to us. These terms give you the right to use it, not to own it.

We work to keep SceneGhost running well, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change or remove features.

Suspending or closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or serious or repeated violations. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first. You can stop using SceneGhost and ask us to close your account at any time.

Liability

SceneGhost is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or a lost channel, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law, or any liability the law does not let us limit.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or on the site before it applies. Continuing to use SceneGhost after that means you accept the new terms.
