Refund and cancellation policy
Last updated November 3, 2026
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you have 14 days after any payment to ask for your money back.
14-day money-back guarantee
If SceneGhost is not right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your payment, for any reason. This covers monthly and yearly plans, first payments and renewals.
How to ask for a refund
Paddle is our Merchant of Record, so refunds go through them. Go to paddle.net and choose to request a refund, or use the link in your receipt email. You can also write to us at aelsayed777888@gmail.com and we will help you.
What happens next
Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 14 days of approval. Once a payment is refunded, that plan ends and your paid access stops.
How to cancel
Use the Manage subscription link in your receipt email, or go to paddle.net. You can also write to us at aelsayed777888@gmail.com and we will do it for you.
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again. Cancelling does not refund a payment by itself, so ask within 14 days if you want your money back.
Monthly and yearly plans
Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans renew every year, until you cancel. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date.
After 14 days
Payments older than 14 days are not normally refunded, and you can still cancel to stop future charges. If something went wrong on our side, such as a billing mistake, write to us and we will put it right.
Fraud and abuse
A refund can be refused where there is evidence of fraud or refund abuse.
Your legal rights
Nothing here limits the rights you have under consumer law. Paddle's refund policy also applies to your purchase and lists the withdrawal rights in each region.
